Upon confirming a reservation you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
TO MAKE A RESERVATION
Please e-mail info@thefonthillinn.com or text 289-929-6488. Generally we will be able to get back to you within a few hours.
A credit card number with an expiry date and security code (three digits on back of your card), a drivers licence, contact phone number and an e-mail address are required to confirm a reservation. VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted, e-transfer is preferred.
DAMAGES
Cost of damages occurring beyond normal wear and tear or theft will be determined on an incident to incident basis, and we reserve the right to gather compensation, in a reasonable amount, from the credit card on file.
TO CANCEL A RESERVATION
We understand life is unpredictable and sometimes plans change. We are a small property and cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we must adhere to a firm cancellation policy. Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Once we reserve the suite for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests.
A full 72 hours (3 days) notice is required before 3:00 pm of the reserved date is required to cancel a reservation. Within 72 hours of the reservation, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for the full amount or your reserved stay. The same 72 hours notice is required for a shortened stay.
CHECK-IN
Our check-in time is after 3:00 pm.
CHECK-OUT
Our check-out time is before 11:00 am.
