Our full service apartment suites provide privacy and convenience for our guests wishing to stay for a month or longer. Whether you are in between buying and selling a home, wanting to be near family for an extended stay or exploring beautiful Niagara for a whole season monthly rates are available.
Some units have washer & dyers. Laundry facilities are available for guests wishing to stay for an extended time.
Weekly house keeping is included which includes a light cleaning, fresh bed linens and towels.

Niagara Trails: $3,000/month, $1,200/week
Grape and Wine: $3,200/month, $1,300/week
On the Green: $3,200/month, $1,300/week
Midnight: $3,000/month, $1,200/week
The Hollow: $3,000/month, $1,200/week
Effingham: $3,000/month, $1,200/week
These fees cover all utilities, Wifi, parking and weekly cleaning. HST additonal.
